Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum order but there is a set up fee of $10.00 for orders under 12 pieces.

How many colours can my design have and are there special threads available?
You can have up to 7 thread colours at no extra cost. Additional colours are $0.10 each more per application. Specialty threads like metallic silver or gold, glow in the dark, neon and UV colour change are available but do cost slightly more depending on the amount of area covered by them.

Can you do individual names?
Yes! Individual names ½” high up to 10 characters would be $3.25 each. Names 1” high up to 10 characters would be $4.00 each. Additional characters are $0.35 each at either size.
