Are there any setup fees or art charges?
There is a per colour set up/screen charge of $20.00. If your heat transfer design is not a crest previously produced or is not one of our generic designs there is a $30.00 per hour* art charge. (*one hour minimum) This art charge is a one time fee.
How do I get a quote on having my design printed?
Just fax, email or mail your design to us along with the size, quantity and number of colours you were hoping to use. We will send you a no obligation quote along with any suggestions our art departments may have on your design.
What is the regular delivery time & cost?
From your final go ahead of all details including art and quote approval it usually takes about 3 weeks to complete the order. The additional delivery time and cost is dependent on where you are located. We would need to know the postal code you would like the order shipped to as well as the quantity of your order to get the package weight. These details help us calculate the cost for shipping. Most orders are shipped by Canada Post – Expedited as it is a traceable. If you have a RUSH order alternative shipping arrangements can be made. Just call for details.
