How do I get a custom designed patch?
Simple. Send us the design or idea by email or facsimile. Please include the size, quantity, and the date you need them by. One of our artists will design something for you.
I'm not a good artist. Do you have graphic designers that can help me?
Yes!! We have graphic designers that will help you with designing your patch. Send us your ideas by email, mail, or fax.
I found a logo on the Internet. Can I use it on my patch?
The unauthorized use of registered trademarks and copyrighted logos or designs is illegal. When requesting manufactured products with the use of these logos, we assume that you have obtained permission. We do, however, reserve the right to ask for written confirmation of this permission. Zone West Enterprises Ltd. accepts no responsibility or liability for any unauthorized use of licensed or copyrighted material of any kind. Zone West Enterprises Ltd. reserves the right to refuse to manufacture material which may be deemed to be offensive or which may allegedly be in violation of any legal statute.
What is your minimum order?
Our minimum order for Custom Patches is 25. The minimum order for Generic Patches is 25.
What kind of file should I send?
You can send us a JPEG, PDF, DOCX, EPS, GIF, PNG, AI, PSD, SVG or CDR. We can work with pretty much any format. If you are not sure, please contact us.
When can I expect to get a quote and the design back to me?
We strive to answer quotes within 24 hours. Once the quote is accept by you, a design can be ready in a day or two depending on the amount of work involved. These times vary depending on the demand.
How long is the quote valid for?
The patch quotes are good for 90 days. If you are not sure if your quote is still valid, please contact us.
What is the turnaround time?
The production time will be 14 days from the day you approve the artwork and confirm the order. The shipping time will depend on the location and method that you chose. Overnight shipping is available.
I don't have a lot of time. Can you rush the order?
Yes, we can do rush orders. Call for details. We can deliver in as short as 1 weeek depending on the circumstances.
I can't afford rush charges. Is there any other way to customize my patch?
We do offer Generic designs. You can still customize the text and the turnaround time is much shorter. Also, you can order online with minimums as low as 25 pieces.
Can I return the patches?
Custom orders are made according to your specifications. We cannot accept returns on custom products. Please take the time to thoroughly review the proof provided by our artist. Once you have approved your order and the signed proof has been received by us indicating that your proof is correct, the order will be non-refundable / non-returnable.
I have a patch that I would like to make more of, but I didn't order through Zone West. Can you remake them?
Yes, we can recreate and existing patch. Please send us a high resolution JPEG, the size and quantity in order for us to quote. Depending on the original design, we may require the actual patch to match the design and the color.
Do you keep a record of previous orders?
Yes, we keep designs on file for a minimum of 10 years. If you decide to reorder, we will have your order in our system.
Can I have a vector format file for our record?
There are additional charges for this service. Call for details.
What kind of payment do you accept?
We accept cheques, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club International through our online payment portal for all patch orders.
For Generic patches, payment is only available online where we accept VISA and MasterCard.
When do I have to pay for the order?
We require payment prior to starting the Custom design patch production process. You can send us a cheque or give us a call with credit card information when you order, or after you receive the order invoice.
For the Generic patches, it's only available online and you will need to go through the payment process first.
